Del Conte’s M&H Landscape Construction
Del Conte’s M&H Landscape Construction was founded as Del Conte’s Landscaping in 1972 by Tom Del Conte. He has since spent decades working with homeowners, transforming residential properties into spaces that better meet their needs, enhancing their function, curb appeal, and value.
Assembling an Award-Winning Landscape Design and Construction Team
As Del Conte’s M&H Landscape Construction grew and evolved to specializing in high-end residential landscape design and construction, Tom expanded his team. To meet the needs and expectations of each homeowner, Tom assembled an award-winning crew of experienced craftsmen and creative designers. He keeps all work in-house to ensure better cost management, a reliable timeline, and superior results. They have created some of the most stunning residential landscapes and outdoor living spaces in the Bay Area, creating beautiful, healthy, sustainable landscapes that serve their customers and support the environment.
A Partnership that Meets the Needs of the Employees and Business
In 2019, 47-years after beginning Del Conte’s, Tom Del Conte recognized the tremendous opportunity a partnership with Department Manager Ricardo Magana and Production Manager Mario Hernandez would afford. Tom recognized the duo’s knowledge, skills, and ambition in their years running the construction department, promoting Ricardo to president and Mario to general manager. The trio now owns and operates Del Conte’s M&H Landscape Construction together, each as a one-third partner in the business.
